Bugs.dojotoolkit.org thinks my ticket is spam

I tried to open a new ticket on bugs.dojotoolkit.org with the contents similar to Disabled ValidationTextbox widgets are editable in IE 11 when Caret browsing is enabled and it believes I’m spam…

Reponse from page:

Akismet says content is spam
SpamBayes determined spam probability of 95.60%

Is it due to the WikiFormatting that I’m attempting?

Honestly I’m not sure… want to just open the PR and then I’ll open a ticket?
