LazyTreeGrid is broken for Dojo 1.17.1

Reproduction steps:

  1. Download the tutorial (the first demo from this page: dojox.grid.LazyTreeGrid — The Dojo Toolkit - Reference Guide), and setup the env as recommended.
  2. Run the demo on a webkit based browser (Safari or Chrome).
  3. Click on one of the cell to expand. It doesn’t work. This works for Firefox.
