Dojo Web Builder Plans/Errors

I was wondering if there were plans to revive the Dojo Web Builder tool in 2.x, or if that really isn’t needed anymore in the build chain.

I’ve also had a problem with having the modules show in the DWB, which I was at least able to get up and running. I tried multiple versions (1.6, 1.8, 1.7, and 1.13) to no avail.

Given how the CLI tooling works now, I would argue that it would be a relatively easy thing to recreate, but may be less useful given how easy the CLI tooling is (and in many ways is what happens with the Dojo implementation on Code Sandbox).

It’s not something currently on the roadmap, but I’d suggest opening an issue for discussion inside the dojo/meta project ( https://github.com/dojo/meta ). It might be a cool and useful demo app for Dojo 2 that could add value?
