# Is the Dojo 1.X dojox.html.styles API gone?

Hi, folks. I thought dojox.html.styles was pretty neat. It allows stylesheets to be dynamic. (See the just-restored article [https://www.sitepen.com/blog/dynamic-stylesheets-part-1/](https://www.sitepen.com/blog/dynamic-stylesheets-part-1/) and my fix for its broken link to Dojo, at [https://github.com/tomelam/split\_panel\_demo](https://github.com/tomelam/split_panel_demo) .)

Is the same functionality available in Dojo 2+?

This specific pattern is gone, but similar benefits live on within modern Dojo’s theming system.
